Suchnegotiations depreciated and education & Board of Revenueordered for acquiring proper piece of land close to city. Inthis way huge amount of Government saved.

Norcompensation paid to them. This Court passed the order forregistration of FIR, payment of compensation to the legalheirs of deceased and injured and putting the culprits inECL. FIR has been registered by the Police, culprits putonECL and compensation amount deposited with Nazir of HighCourt. Final report is awaited.
