Thismatter pertains to incident which has taken place on01.09.2007 collapse of flyover/bridge of Karachi NorthernBypass where in number of people had died and receivedserious injuries, but no any FIR was registered. Norcompensation paid to them. This Court passed the order forregistration of FIR, payment of compensation to the legalheirs of deceased and injured and putting the culprits inECL. FIR has been registered by the Police, culprits putonECL and compensation amount deposited with Nazir of HighCourt. Final report is awaited.
